An Awareness Record “Enroll as a voter.” The message was written on 4, 66, 279 sq. ft. It was aimed at promoting enrolment under the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme. Apart from the District Level SVEEP activities conducted as per instructions of Election Commission of India, New Delhi and Chief Electoral Officer, A.P., the District Administration, Krishna has proposed to organize “Largest Rangoli Programme for Voters Awareness” at Pavithra Sangamam, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal on 30.10.2018. As per the set directions and duties assigned, the proposed record holding Rangoli Programme has been organized in a festive mood on 30.10.2018 at Pavithra Sangamam, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal and finally set the world record.
Where Staff participated (41 from each Mandal of 50 Mandals of the District) of 2500.
Students participated (from various colleges) of 1600. Visitors (Transported by buses, vans etc. from in and around Mandals) of 2500.
320 Tonnes Rock Salt (from Machilipatnam and Kruthivennu Mandals).7 Tonnes Colors (Saffron, White, Green, and Blue, Purchased in Vijayawada’s town). 2 JCB’s and 4 AjaxReady Mixtures for mixing of colours with Rock Salt.
